Summoners War: Only I Summoned Divine Beasts

"Asmodeus? Do you mean the demon who is associated with the sin of lust?" Selena took a step back. She instinctively summoned her familiars.

"Oh my. Young lady. May I know your name and your relationship with my summoner?" Asmodeus smiled.

Selena bit her lips. She didn't know what to do. This kind of summoning was out of their original plan. And out of the seven sins, to think Sera would summon Asmodeus.

"Oh please. There's no need to be so hostile. I am a very loyal demon. If you don't believe me…" Asmodeus snapped his fingers.Nôv(el)B\\jnn

All of a sudden, Sera was freed from the feeling she was experiencing.

"This…" Sera looked shocked.

"I'm sorry, my new summoner. It seems my summoning has placed a great burden on you. However, I promise I will bring you anything you want, just like my previous summoner."

"Your previous summoner?"

"Yes. As expected, it seems you know nothing about me. I was once summoned to this world. My summoner once wished to build a palace for his 500 harem members. And we managed to achieve it… even 25% better since he ultimately had 628 wives." Asmodeus smiled.

"What?" Selena gasped. "You… You were the familiar of the number one playboy in the world that once existed in the land of sand 150 years ago?"

"Oh! 150 years have passed? This is surprising." Asmodeus nodded in understanding. "If you're talking about the man who is called Alexander Maloft, then yes. He often called himself Alexander the Great, and we often joked about it by calling him Alexander the Great Playboy."

Selena wanted to say something, but she was utterly speechless. Asmodeus didn't even bother to hide such a thing.

Selena gritted her teeth.

"You are worried too much." He shook his head helplessly. He couldn't help but glance to the side, noticing something peculiar.

"Hmm?" He strode to the items that Selena planned to use. "This is…"

"What are you doing? Get away! If you don't…" Selena released her Ena, ready to fight him.

Asmodeus took a step back while raising both hands. "Oops. It seems my unexpected summon makes you unable to trust me. I will go back for today, but if you don't mind… would you be willing to answer a question of mine?"

Selena frowned. She didn't say anything, but she didn't stop him either.

"Where do you get this blood?"

"Blood?" Selena looked surprised, since she never expected Asmodeus would be interested in Nathan's blood. Then again, Nathan's blood was special since it could help Risa.

For Asmodeus, her reaction was enough.

"Hoh?! Hmm…" Asmodeus looked surprised at first but soon fell into deep thought. It seemed he had found something even more amusing. "So, that's how it is. I understand. I will be taking my leave for today. I'm sure there's a lot to take in, so please take your time and discuss things about me."

Asmodeus turned to Serafina and politely lowered his head. "In that case, let's meet again soon, my summoner, Serafina Dialanta."

Asmodeus abruptly disappeared, not leaving them a chance to react.

Sera didn't know what to say. She was afraid that she had messed up. On the other hand, Selene wanted to consult Nathan regarding this unexpected summon.

Little did Nathan know, he would be surprised by both of their summons.

It took some time before they calmed down. Sera pointed to the summoning circle. "Are you going to summon your familiar, Selena? No matter what familiar it is, I don't think they will be able to influence the summoning circle. So, the circle should be fine."

Selena let out a long sigh. No matter how hard she thought about it, there was simply no other way but to wait until Nathan was back.

In the end, she placed her items in the summoning circle.

After some deliberations, she took another deep breath before pouring her Ena into the circle.

"O' Miracle of the World, Divine Being of Summoning, please use my body as the beacon and grant the beloved being your passage. By my name, Selena Ashton, heed my call and come forth to this world, the great being of another world."

Instead of a flame, the summoning circle released some water. It circled like a tornado and rose like a pillar. The water going up ended up returning to the ground like pouring rain.

Sera couldn't help but look up, noticing the salty smell. When she stuck out her tongue, she realized she wasn't wrong. "This is salt water…"

A union of dolphins' voices echoed as if they were singing for her arrival.

Fishes emerged from the pillar of water and swam in the air. Gradually, sea horses emerged from within, pulling out a golden chariot.

A woman with a fish tail was riding the chariot while wielding her trident. She was beautiful, extremely beautiful. She had the mature charm that Sera and Selena had yet to possess.

Her flowing hair was tied from the side to the back, keeping the long hair on her back. She gracefully looked at her summoner with a small smile.

"I am Amphitrite, the goddess of the sea, the wife of Poseidon, and the mother of Triton. I have received your call, young one. It seems you require my strength."

This time, they managed to summon the correct one. Selena looked relieved and immediately introduced herself.

"Yes. I am Selena Ashton. Thank you for responding to my call." Selena nodded.

"My power is sealed, so I might not be able to wield the power of the sea completely, but I will be looking forward to this world."

"Yes."

Amphitrite stopped for a moment before examining Selena upside down, noticing something.

"Do you have a man?"

"Yes?" Selena tilted her head in confusion, wondering why she had asked such a question.

Then Amphitrite turned to Sera, noticing the same thing. She paused for a moment before grabbing Selena's shoulders, breaking her elegant and mature appearance. "Why accept harem?!"

That was right. Whether Nathan was aware or not, there were some depictions of Amphitrite that showed her being jealous of Poseidon's many affairs with other women and nymphs.
