Summoners War: Only I Summoned Divine Beasts

Caroline took a deep breath, standing in front of Nathan's place. She looked at the door with a serious expression, bringing the contract that they had prepared.

"What are you doing here?" Ricky's voice echoed from behind.

"Shouldn't I be the one asking you that question?" Caroline squinted her eyes. "Nathan will join the club, not the association."

"That's only your assumption. I doubt you have enough resources to get him." Ricky shook his head, snorting.

"You are probably the one lacking resources. Besides, your connection is not that good," Caroline harrumphed.

Both of them were glaring at each other. Despite saying those things, Caroline couldn't help but think, 'We have really forked out everything we have. In the end, we're trying to get his future after all.'

Even Ricky squinted his eyes, muttering inwardly, 'Damn it. No, I should be confident. I have stretched the association's resources to the maximum. I can't really let the club take him, or else they will be above us for the next two and a half years or even more.'

They were praying that the other party had a lower offer than the one they were giving.

*Clack!*

The door was opened from the inside as Selena took a peek while asking, "Who is it? I think I heard noises from the outside…"

Selena fell silent when she saw these two. "Ah."

Caroline and Ricky immediately straightened their backs.

Caroline smiled, "Hello. I wonder if Nathan is inside… Is it possible for me to talk to him?"

Selena raised her eyebrows before shaking her head.

"This is an important matter. I won't take too much of your time either. Please." Ricky was thinking about how to persuade her.

However, Selena continued shaking her head as if she were the one preventing them from talking to him. They couldn't help but wonder if the student council had set its eyes on him or not. But he had quit the student council, so it was weird if Selena tried to stop them.

Before their confusion grew even further, Selena explained, "If you are searching for Nathan, he is not here right now."

"Ah!" They realized they had misunderstood him. Caroline asked, "Do you know where he is or when he will return?"

"Grand Magic Tower. As for when he returns, maybe a couple of days?"

"Grand Magic Tower?" Caroline and Ricky were stunned. Why would Nathan go there?

"Is he searching for some sort of innovation?" Ricky asked. This was his time to shine. There should be nothing he couldn't purchase in this world.

Caroline opened her mouth, but she couldn't stop him. This was the association's strength.

"No. He's attending the biannual presentation with his teacher."

"!!!" Caroline and Ricky were startled and pondered.

'Attending the biannual presentation? Is he going to become a researcher? His teacher is a well-known figure over there. Is he trying to get this new identity? Now that I think about it, he asked for a week. I thought it was because of the battle.' Caroline's expression turned grim.

'If he is doing another important thing, doesn't this mean we will have a hard time after this? Does he plan all of this the whole time?' Ricky frowned.

No matter what they thought about it, there was definitely one exact thing that appeared in their mind.

'Not good. I have to go back and discuss this again.'

Caroline smiled. "Thank you for informing us. We'll take our leave first and visit him once he returns."

Ricky didn't argue.

With Selena nodding her head, both of them immediately retreated.

Selena shook her head helplessly. It seemed everything had gone according to Nathan's plan.

When she returned inside, she saw Selena bringing several items.

"Who will summon the next familiar first? Are you going to go first, Sera?" Selena asked.

"I don't mind going second if you want. I'm just bringing things to the garden. We're going to use the same circle anyway, so do you mind if I watch your summoning as well?"

"Yep. In that case, you should go first." Selena nodded.

"Sure. Let's go. I have brought everything there, including yours."

Selena agreed. Both of them headed to the garden. They had drawn a summoning circle on a board and placed it in the middle of the garden so that it wouldn't destroy their place if they ended up summoning something big.

The items that Sera had to assist her summoning were a torch and a demon's horn.

"I'm lucky that there's a demon's horn in the Holy Kingdom's storage. They have been sealing demons and purifying them, so they have this kind of thing. And the horn came from a powerful demon, so I'll be using this to summon Aamon."n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om

"You should prepare. I'll be watching from the side."

"Yes." Sera immediately placed her items in the summoning circle.

She looked at Selena and exchanged nods, signaling both of them were ready.

"O' Miracle of the World, Divine Being of Summoning, please use my body as the beacon and grant the beloved being your passage. By my name, Serafina Dialanta, heed my call and come forth to this world, the great being of another world."

The torch suddenly lit up. The red flame gradually turned into black, filling up the circle. The flame gradually found its way to the demon's horn and flared up.

"What is this? So hot…" Sera couldn't help but furrow her eyebrows.

"Hot? Get away from the flame…" Selena blinked her eyes a few times while looking at Sera, who was breathing heavily.

"Mhmmm…" Sera had a hard time as if she got turned on.

"You mean flame, right?" Selena was baffled. Why would she suddenly get turned on?

Despite sacrificing a lot of Ena, there was not much reaction from the flame itself, unlike Jinwu. She knew that it might not be like Jinwu, but this was simply too little for an entrance.

The black flame simply formed a three-meter-tall figure. It had a huge pair of horns on its head. There seemed to be a tail that looked similar to that of a snake.

The black flame gradually turned purple and disappeared, revealing the true form of the demon.

It was indeed a demon with red skin and a snake tail. It was holding a lance, which was something they hadn't thought of.

"To think I would be summoned into this world once again…" The demon raised his head.

"Again? Ha… Ha…" Sera looked at him, confused. She was having a hard time settling down. "Who are you? You are not Aamon?"

"Aamon? Ah? That guy? I am not Aamon. Why do you even want to summon a weak demon? Let me see… It seems you're looking for a demon with high firepower. That's perfect. I'm a master of magical abilities. Besides, why would you even want Aamon when you can get me?"

"Huh? Who are you?"

Selena raised her guard, getting ready to fight in case something happened.

"Me? You don't know me? This is weird. I thought I was famous because I'm a part of the seven deadly sins."

"Seven deadly sins? The seven deadly sins?!" Sera looked shocked. She never thought she would summon a demon that was associated with the seven deadly sins. This demon was indeed stronger than Aamon.

But who?

Sera frowned. "Don't tell me… The horn was yours? Who are you?"

The demon smiled while politely introducing himself. "I'm pleased to meet you, my new summoner. I am Asmodeus."
