When the three of them stepped out of the skating rink, An Ningning was still somewhat dazed.
He was still immersed in the scene that had just unfolded.
It was unbelievable!

So fast!
The speed at which Lin Tian had been moving was too fast.
After a moment of stupor, An Ningning turned his head and looked at Lin Tian with some astonishment, "Have you practiced martial arts?"
"What's up?" Lin Tian asked with a bit of surprise.
"How else could you be so formidable? Those five couldn't even get close to you!" An Ningning's eyes still held a trace of shock. He could not have imagined Lin Tian being that powerful.
"Uh..." Lin Tian was taken aback for a moment, and then chuckled, "It was nothing."
Seeing that Lin Tian didn't want to say much, An Ningning didn't press him. He just shook his head, face still showing some shock.
"Let's have a meal together," Lin Tian suggested, glancing at the sky which was already darkening, feeling a bit hungry.
"Sure, I know a place around here where the bamboo rice is really good," Bu Mengting agreed without any objections, looking somewhat cheerful.
"Then let's go, let's give it a try," said Lin Tian with a laugh.
An hour later, the three of them left the restaurant, feeling full and satisfied.
Lin Tian wiped his mouth with a napkin and nodded contentedly, "That was the best bamboo rice I've ever had."
"Delicious, right? Hee hee..." Bu Mengting smiled sweetly.
"Let's take a walk," Lin Tian said with a light smile, making a suggestion.
Then the three of them strolled slowly along the lakeside path. Near People's Park, there was a man-made lake, complete with a small island in the center. The scenery was rather nice.
The three leisurely walked along the lake, chatting casually.
After about fifteen minutes, suddenly a commotion could be heard up ahead, and Lin Tian noticed many people gathered around to watch something.
"Let's see what's happening!" Bu Mengting ran over with curiosity.
Seeing Bu Mengting head over, Lin Tian and An Ningning also made their way there.
Parting the crowd, Lin Tian instantly saw the situation inside.
At a glance, Lin Tian was taken aback—talk about a small world.
Lin Tian saw the same group of young people he had encountered at the skating rink.
This time, the group was not just four or five people but seven or eight.
Lin Tian was curious as to what had transpired.
Just as Lin Tian was being curious, another wave of noisy clamor came from inside.
He saw a young man with yellow hair, his face full of fury, yelling at a girl, "Damn it, we're just asking you to have a few drinks with us. Is it such a big deal? No need to make such a fuss!"
The girl, surrounded by seven or eight people, looked frightened, her face pale and her expression very tense.
After glancing at the girl, Lin Tian's eyes lit up.
Such a pure-looking girl!
The girl, probably about twenty years old, was dressed simply, her hair tied back in a simple ponytail, with no evident makeup on her face—pure and unadorned.
Yet, it was this simplicity that made the girl look even more pure and beautiful, completely overshadowing those girls with heavy makeup.
Lin Tian noticed the faint floral apron wrapped around the girl and then his gaze fell on the barbecue tools beside her.
Instantly, Lin Tian pieced together the girl's identity in his mind, guessing she must be a vendor selling barbecue.
The stall in front of them was likely set up by the girl, and Lin Tian also observed several tables nearby. At the tables, there were some bottles of alcohol and half-eaten barbecue remaining.
Looking at the young men reeking of alcohol and putting together their earlier conversation, Lin Tian quickly inferred what had happened.
While Lin Tian was pondering the situation, a ruckus, along with screams, came from up ahead.
"Damn it! Stop pretending! Are you coming or not?!" the blond man, reeking of liquor, barked at Chen Bingbing.
Chen Bingbing, her face tight with anxiety, looked at the few raging men, her complexion pale with fright.
"Forget it, we don't want your money. Just leave," said a middle-aged woman, also wearing an apron, next to the girl. Her face was tense as she eyed the drunken youths.
Despite her nerves, she still positioned herself to shield Chen Bingbing behind her body.
Seeing the middle-aged woman, Lin Tian guessed she must be the girl's mother.
"Don't want money? Damn it! And you still think you can ask for it!" one of the young men, sporting tattoos on his arm, shouted angrily and kicked over a chair beside him.
"Guys, trash this place!" he ordered and then kicked over a table.
"Bang, bang!" Seven or eight people started kicking over tables, stomping on them, and one even toppled the barbecue tools with his foot.
"Ah! Please, no!" Chen Bingbing looked on, distressed, tears nearly spilling from her eyes.
"Please, I beg you, stop destroying everything!" Chen Bingbing pleaded with the men, her face full of desperation.
But no one paid her any heed; the men kept smashing relentlessly.
Seeing that pleading was in vain, Chen Bingbing looked towards the crowd of onlookers with a face begging for help: "Please, call the police! Help me call the police!"
"Who dares?" Hearing Chen Bingbing's plea, the blond man paused and swept his cold gaze across the crowd: "I'll kill anyone who calls the cops!"
With the blond man's threat, the others also stopped momentarily, matching his intimidating stance as they surveyed the crowd of onlookers.
Frightened by the demeanor of the group, the onlookers were all taken aback. None dared to make a phone call in their presence, fearing reprisal.
Since Lin Tian and his companions were not at the center of the crowd, they went unnoticed by the blond man and his gang.
"Smash it! Keep smashing!" Seeing that no one dared to make a call, a sneer of triumph crossed the blond man's face as he bellowed.
"Bang, bang!" Watching chair after chair turn into splinters, Chen Bingbing cried in distress.
Feeling utterly wronged inside.
"If only someone would help me!" Chen Bingbing thought frantically. But she knew it was impossible.
Lin Tian, amidst the crowd, watched this unfold and pursed his lips, hesitating a few times before stepping forward.
After considering it, Lin Tian decided to make a phone call to alert the police and be done with it.
As he was about to move away to make the call, an electronic synthesized voice echoed in his mind: "Mission: Help Chen Bingbing drive away the thugs!"
Hearing the electronic voice in his mind, Lin Tian paused—no need to call the police now.
With that thought, Lin Tian pushed his way through the crowd and shouted, "Hey!"
At the sound, everyone paused, the group of young men slowly turning around.
They wanted to see who was bold enough to intervene!
