The Dungeon Conquerors: Journey to the Peak

After leaving the first small shop, Rein and his girls visited four more small shops. It turned out the the small shops in this city also had quite a good collection of clothing. They did not order any more custom made clothes as that young lady definitely had exceptional skills but Lopas and Luna did bought a dozen more clothes.

They were so satisfied with the small shops that Rein decided to cancel their plans to visit any more larger shops. Lopas and Luna had already bought a decent amount of clothings and were perfectly satisfied with the shopping date.

So next Rein decided to take them to have some food. It was already quite late and in their excitement, the ladies had forgotten about lunch. So Rein decided to have a super tasty late lunch. He already had a plan for a fancy candlelight dinner in the evening, so for lunch, he decided to keep it simple and took the ladies to a small resturant.

While Rein was asking the inn stuff about various things of the city, the girl in the reception had recommended this restaurant to him. According to her, even though this resturent was small, the food here was super tasty. The other stuffs who were around that time also supported her claim. So Rein became interested about this restaurant as it looked to have a very positive reception among the locals.

Just like how the shop looked from the outside, the inside of the shop was also very simple. But everything was perfectly clean and nothing was out of order. This place really looked very well taken care of.

Rein, Lopas and Luna sat down in one of the empty table and started to check out the hand written menu. Looking around, Rein noticed that the shop did not have many customers but everyone who were here were enjoying themselves. The smell of the food that was drifting in the air was mouth watering and the food that Rein was able to see looked delicious.

Seeing all this, Rein became confident in the restaurant. At first he was planning to order a few dishes to try them out first but now that he was confident in it, Rein decided to order a feast.

Just as everyone was done going through the menu, a young girl came to take their order. This girl was probably a few years older than them but the way Rein, Lopas and Luna looked and behaved, anyone would think that they were older.n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om

Rein started ordering and while writing them down, the girl started to become more and more suprised. That was because Rein had ordered a total of 15 dishes which was a lot of food. The people in front of her did not looked like fat foodies so the girl was suspicious that if they could finish so much food or not.

Noticing the girl's confusion, Rein smiled at her to reassure her and told her that they were very hungry and could finish it. The girl still warned them that their portion sizes were quite large but seeing that Rein was still unmoved, she shrugged her shoulders and went to tell her grandfather about the order.

After a few minutes, a furious old man came out of the kitchen. From how he was dressed it looked like he was the chef here. Rein was curious why he came out of the kitchen and why did he looked so angry.

After coming out of the kitchen, the old man suddenly pointed toward Rien and started shouting toward him while throwing various slangs toward him. Before a stunned Rein could do or say something or his granddaughter could say something to the furious old man, suddenly a spike made out of gold came out of the ground and advanced toward the old man's throat.

Not only that but almost immediately afterwards, a blade created from starlight appeared in Luna's hand and she slashed toward the old man with all her power.

Before the old man could realise something, he froze in the middle of his outburst while the threat of death enveloped him. Just as he was about to be pierced by a golden spike and bisected in half with a beautiful blade, a pitch black barrier appeared before the man and protected him from the attacks.

In fear, the man fell down on the ground while sweating like crazy. The people who were responsible for this state of his then gave him a deadly stare that made his blood to freeze in his veins. As the situation was escalating the the other people present in the restaurant were not sure what they should do, Rein spoke up to defuse the situation.

He understood the reason why the girls got mad but killing the old man because he said something stupid in his rage was too much. Rein was happy that his girls loved him so much but in this situation they were going too far.

Rein took some time to calm his girls down while reassuring the people that everything was fine. But he did not spare the old man and gave him a stern talking for not minding his language better. This old man was famous for his foul language but as his cooking was very good, the customers did not mind it that much. Your journey continues with empire

But this time, he almost lost his life because he mistakenly ended up touching two dangerous people's reverse scale. After the old man was told that Rein, Lopas and Luna were all nobles, the old man almost lost his mind and apologied again and again. Luna and Lopas were still not happy with the old man but after knowing his reason for suddenly getting angry, Rein forgave him easily.

Actually there had been some customers who had harassed her granddaughter before by ordering a lot of food, shouting when the food was late and making a mess. That was why when the old man heard that someone had done the same thing again, he lost his mind for a moment and ended up making the mistake.

After the misunderstanding was cleared up, Rein and his girls were finally served the food. Even though the girls were still angry at the old man, they had to agree that the dishes he made were really very good. So even though there were a few hiccups, at the end, this lunch turned out to be an enjoyable one.
