Chapter 845: Chapter 843-New Target In Play.

"That's quite the threat."

I finally spoke within this tension-infused room, my gaze holding a certain will to it, but Girika remained still as she replied.

"I'm just stating facts, that's all."

Her reply had a small undertone of smugness to it, barely contained in her words. This led to another kind of stalemate when I asked the system about it.

'Give me her status.'

'When you say survival not guaranteed, you mean she has a high chance of finding it all if I let her be too free, right?'

I asked internally about the system, to which I got my response.

[That's right, she is too smart for her own good. You have kept her in the dark well by making sure to keep all options covered, but you have to play it right. She might not be able to hurt you physically, but she can sure as hell raise some trouble if not handled properly.]

'Sounds like a challenge.'

With that in mind, I went forth to reply to Girika after some of the tensions died down.

"Sounds pretty much like a threat, though. Go on, spread it for all I care. I have nothing to fear regarding what I have done, and any problems that come my way, I have situations in hand to deal with them too."

My words made no change in the expression on Girika's face. She was still looking through me, trying to get to know me better-anything she could glean from my behaviour or actions.

'System, give me all the info.'

My command was heard as great details about Girika started to flow through my mind-not the little info the system showed. Every piece of information about Girika started to flood my mind. Now, with the system being a higher power, it has more authority in what it can access and show me from the Akashi's Record, which holds all the info.

Within seconds, all the info related to Girika, from her birth to the moment she sat in front of me, flooded my mind: her parents' names, the place she was born, her favourite food, colour, sexually sensitive points in her body that even she has no idea about, her tastes in life-every perfect detail passed into me.

If it was before, all this info would make me explode, but now, with my realm and mental ability reaching such high levels, it was quite easy to deal with all this overload. The information was easily taken in, my mind easily breaking it all down, taking in all the important information and saving it down in microseconds that couldn't even be felt.

By the second's end, I knew everything about Girika. Now, I know Girika better than she knows herself, and I have to say, she has had quite the journey until here. Her life, like all the other capture targets, has not been an easy one, filled with her traumas and issues that affect her as

a whole.

Though what the system said was true, alright-this woman isn't one to be dealt with lightly. She is relentless, and her desire to understand everything borders upon the realm of supreme. If she gets all the right cues, she might be able to backtrack everything. It's only due to all the extensive plans I have set up till now that everything I did remains hidden.

"They say there is always a bigger player out there, someone smarter.'

And Girika is someone like that, someone who keeps pushing forth again and again. She's like

a female version of Sherlock Holmes, so you can't afford to even slip one bit in front of her. Also, she has other abilities related to affecting the mind within her a gift and a curse; she says it to be. It's something that has made the current Girika while also giving her a lot of

issues along with it.

"I know that this won't affect you much, but the info might at least create several restrictions within your life, taking you away from the so-called goal you are trying to achieve. Girls' fights can turn very violent, after all, especially when they are powerful." Girika spoke with a shit-eating grin on her face, one that went as fast as it came. But I didn't show any outward expression for it as my fingers went forth to lightly scrub through the table in front of me, my eyes being focused on the table itself as my words left my mouth, a small power being infused into them.

"A threat like that only goes to show that either you are on the weaker side of things or you are very dumb. I can tell that it's neither of those. What is it then? An attempt to just make me

feel restless? To annoy me?"

My questions didn't break Girika in the slightest as she replied.

"Maybe a bit of both? Who knows?... The truth here is that you are an enemy that I have to

deal with, and just like the rest, you will just be another enemy that had stood before me-

forgotten like the rest. Nothing more, and nothing less."

'Quite the arrogance, but she has the right to be, too.'

With that, my fingers started to press down on the table, a small smirk coming to my face as In/o/vel/b//in dot c//om

spoke.

"Let me tell you a story-a story of a little girl born into the bottom of the seat, but one that rose to reach the highest heights of the land. Quite the intriguing story it will be, don't you

think?"

As I asked this, my eyes finally settled on Girika's face. Her expression was no longer controlled, nor was it any longer playful. Her gaze had turned dark, lifeless almost, as she looked at me. Those antenna-like sponges hanging from her head lit up heavier than before while the lights in her eyes turned darker.

The mana in the room trembled and tumbled down, the sheer pressure powerful and

controlled-a mental attack like no other blasting forth to hit at me, one which would incapacitate most people. This was almost the most powerful mental attack ever given towards me as I simply took it with a shrug, the attack simply just colliding after me.

Now, this time, a true shock came to Girika's face, but she quickly controlled it, and she also came to understand what she had done too.

'One of the best things about full info is the fact that it tells me what I can push and what I cannot.'

Even to this cold and unattached strategist, there exist certain reverse scales that shouldn't be touched, and I just went ahead and fully poked at it. This resulted in true emotions taking control rather than just created ones, which led to her making the first mistake. The first

mistake was to attack me when even I hadn't made a move.

"Looks like I have to return the favour."

I spoke, and the moment I did, a supreme pressure burst out from me, flooding the whole

place. The moment I did, the hidden students took action, quickly moving to protect Girika. I leaned against the air, my presence fully on display as 13 different shining red arrows appeared behind me, their presence twisting the whole aura around me. Before anything could happen, the arrows moved, their presence deeper and darker than any

as their hits took place.

"Argh!"

"Ah!"

"No!"

The pained cries of three powerful stunts were heard as the arrows moved with complete precision and speed those three were unable to match. The arrows hit them before they could even do anything, nailing them right into the floor and through each of their hands and legs, fully pressing them down as they cried out with their blood spraying across the floor.

And the final arrow, still spinning, dropped in front of Girika, aimed right at her temples. The arrow spun with a speed that could take out Girika's head at a moment's notice, but Girika didn't even blink as she gazed at the arrow with a calm face. A tense atmosphere, darker than before, bloomed fully.
