Immediately, the effect doubled; this time, his hollow eyes began to bleed, too, before they stopped after 30 minutes.

Seth was about to feel angry when Vera's soothing voice reached him again.

Seth understood after some thought, and he leaned back, but a foul smell attacked his nose. He quickly went ahead and washed himself.

Feeling he was regaining his hand, he felt his heart calm down, and he leaned back with a smile that would scare any human with a weak heart for days.

Seth snapped back to reality as he looked down at his hand. He couldn't see, but he felt the sensation of moving his right hand.

As if his physical healing has a connection with his mental health, he felt he was recovering mentally too.

Seth then used his hand and touched his face softly, he could feel it was bare with no skin. He felt extreme sadness before he shook his head to chase away the emotions.

It was already night and so he activated Moon Stigma. The right hand began to regain its strength because, at first, it was a bit more fragile than it should be.

The reason why Seth used Moon Stigma in the night was because he wanted its effect to be boosted by the moon.

The next day, Seth comfortably held Clear Stone using his right hand and then used it to cleanse his left hand and also dispel any Negative effects on it.

The same feeling happened, and by the time night came, he had recovered, and with Moon Stigma, he was able to regain it.

'It's true that my mental state is dependent on my physical recovery.'

When the Medos was plucking one of the eyes he ripped with the eyelids. This served as a good thing as the eye returned the eyelid but the other one was ripped off with skin. Now Seth can only blink with one eye.

'I'm very miserable!' Seth thought he had regained what he might consider sanity. His rational mind realized the Abhorrent experiment he had done on Iron Blue Cloud was wrong.

To tell the truth, he doesn't know if he can do that in reality if he loses his sanity and morality. He has always considered himself calm and a good person to the core.

Seth took a deep breath and closed his only eye with a lid. The other one can still see, but he can focus on the one he closed and make him see the other in a blur.

'My innate desire to elevate my physique was the one eating at me and warping my sense of self. The main problem was I am now actually regretting that I didn't get my hand on Almight!'

Seth shook his head.

Seth came to a smooth reflective surface that could serve as a mirror and stood a distance away; he calmed down and walked to look at his face.

After that, he should condition his mind and then prepare the contract with Vera and then try and see if he can hunt the dragon that was needed to gain some physical strength.

If all goes according to plan, he would then prepare more and then meet up with the Hourglass to leave the damn land.

He was having those thoughts, but Seth was becoming more comfortable on the couch; he leaned back to rest more. As if his thoughts had nothing to do with him.
