Chapter 128: Dare you touch me again
Chapter 128: Chapter 128: Dare you touch me again
“I don’t know, I’m here looking for the kid too.” Abigail’s black and shiny eyes answered earnestly.
However, she already knew in her heart that Teddy was not in these people’s hands.
“You’re the nanny and you don’t know? Stop pretending. Hold her down!” Thompson Taylor recalled the previous setback. He knew this fat bitch looked dumb, but actually, she was extremely cunning.
As soon as Thompson finished speaking, two retired boxers, just like Thompson, walked forward lazily and prepared to hold Abigail down.
But as they got closer, just as they touched Abigail, they felt a numbness in their bodies, and their hands relaxed. They looked at Abigail in disbelief, while Abigail looked innocently back at them.
Thompson grew impatient, “What are you standing there for? Hurry up and do it.”
“Fat bitch, what did you do to us?” The two felt their limbs go numb. They couldn’t catch Abigail, let alone move.
Now, the others noticed something was wrong and all turned to look at Abigail.
Abigail looked at everyone calmly, “I don’t know, maybe they have cramps?”
“No way, Mr. Thompson, she definitely did something to us!” One of them stared at Abigail and spoke to Mr. Thompson.
Thompson, having suffered losses from Abigail before, immediately became alert. “Fat bitch, playing tricks in front of me again. You’re getting tired of living.”
“Mr. Thompson, she has something in her hand.” A technician who looked like a fair-faced student reminded Thompson.
Abigail silently cursed, quickly pushing the two people beside her towards Thompson and taking the chance to run. But she underestimated Thompson, who didn’t care about the people she pushed. He dodged and kicked straight at Abigail.
“Ugh…” Abigail didn’t have the luck of the parking lot this time. She was kicked to the ground, groaning in pain. Her back hit the ground, and her face turned pale as she took a long time to catch her breath.
Thompson sneered, “Fat bitch, did you really think I’m dumb enough to be fooled by you twice? Hold her down!”
Smack!
After speaking, two people came up and held Abigail down, as Thompson rudely slapped Abigail’s face.
Abigail’s cheeks went numb from the slap. Her already chubby face quickly swelled and reddened.
“Ha ha, look at that pig head!” One of the men holding Abigail sneered.
Since being reborn, Abigail had faced numerous hardships. But this was the first time she had been genuinely slapped. Her face was unpleasant, and the physiological tears welled up in her eyes from the pain. Yet what hurt more was the humiliation from the “pig head” comment.
But under absolute strength, her small tricks were futile. She could only grit her teeth and endure the humiliation.
“Talk, what did you do to them? Where has George Piers been sent?” Thompson looked into Abigail’s bright watery eyes and was stunned for a moment. He hadn’t noticed before that a fat person could have such beautiful eyes. But the cruelty in his voice didn’t diminish in the slightest.
Today, he saw Brandon Piers being taken away by the ambulance. The task was not completed. If he couldn’t find George Piers and capture the old man, there was no way Third Master would let him off.
“You mean them? Oh, they’re poisoned.” Abigail glanced at the two being supported by the fair-faced student and answered slowly.
The two of them shuddered simultaneously, yelling, “Mr. Thompson!”
“Poisoned?” Thompson didn’t expect that. But he soon saw their stiff bodies and was about to slap Abigail again. “Bitch, the antidote!”
“If you dare touch me again, I’ll let them rot to death.” Abigail saw his hand about to come down and spoke harshly, calculating when Young Master Roberts would arrive.
Pullan had said Noel Roberts would come. She could only stall for time now.
“Bitch, still trying to trick me!” Thompson didn’t believe her.
But the two couldn’t help but shout, “Mr. Thompson…”
The implied meaning was clear; they couldn’t afford to gamble, whether it was true or false. n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om
Abigail, with her swollen face, gave Thompson a weird smile, “Seems like you don’t care much for your brothers’ lives.”
Hearing this, Thompson’s raised hand stopped mid-air.
