Sun Wukong exclaimed in shock, flexing all his power to break free, only to find that he couldn't move in the slightest. These nine bands, formed from the Stellar Spiritual Qi, were incredibly tough and utterly inescapable.

"Save your strength," sneered the voice of the sealed creature from nearby. "Even I couldn't break free from this Stellar Seal, let alone a tiny Demon Monkey like you. Once you're in here, don't even think about getting out!"

With a furrowed brow, Sun Wukong turned toward the source of the voice. The fellow was bare-chested and bound with Stellar Aura Chains that were much thicker than his own. Two of the chains even penetrated directly through his clavicles, leaving him in a far worse predicament!

"Who exactly are you, and why have you been sealed here?"

Sun Wukong asked with knitted brows. Despite being sealed, there was a strange aura emanating from the person, seemingly not of the Three Realms.

"I am none other than the great Heaven-Defying Demon Emperor, Mu Chenxuan!"

"Heaven-Defying Demon Emperor?"

A look of surprise flashed across Sun Wukong's eyes. "You're from the Demon Race? Then, is the spatial passage behind you a gateway to the Demonic Realm?"

"Eh? You this Demon Monkey, can actually see the passage between the two realms behind me? Not too shabby!"

Mu Chenxuan's eyes flashed with astonishment, sizing up Sun Wukong again. "Hmm, Essence Qi contained yet as firm as a mountain, impressive. No wonder you could make it here. But as I've said before, once you come in, don't expect to get back out!"

"That remains to be seen!"

Sun Wukong snorted coldly, "Just because you can't get out doesn't mean your humble Sun cannot!"

"Oh? Doubting my words, boy? It's good to have confidence, but overconfidence is simply arrogance!"

"Arrogance comes from having the capital to be arrogant. Don't tell me you're some high and mighty Emperor of the Demon Race. Aren't you trapped here just the same? I didn't come here to chat with you!"

With a huff, Sun Wukong shifted his gaze away from the Heaven-Defying Demon Emperor Mu Chenxuan. A flash of golden light twinkled in his eyes as he activated the Void-Breaking Divine Eye and focused on the Stellar Aura Chains that bound him.

Under the scrutiny of the Void-Breaking Divine Eye, the Stellar Aura Chains began to change. Besides the Stellar Spiritual Qi they contained, there were also Sealing Talisman Patterns. It was these patterns that activated the Stellar Spiritual Qi, forming the chains that bound both him and Mu Chenxuan.

To escape, he had to break free from the bondage of these nine Stellar Aura Chains, and the key was to decipher the Sealing Talisman Patterns!

This Stellar Spiritual Qi was generated by the Nine Dragons Gathering Stars Formation and was the gathering of the earth's spiritual energy from the nine Dragon Veins.
