Novel's Extra: I Awakened The Strongest Physique From The Start

CHAPTER 50 - Never Threaten Alex.

BAAM!

The gate, which was supposed to be closed, was open, making it crash right into the wall, shattering into pieces the moment Alex kicked it, but other than raising a brow at that, Alex did nothing else.

It wasn't that he didn't; he couldn't, as the scene in front of him needed more of his attention.

Broken beds, chairs, tables, pots, and glasses were the last things he was focused on, as the one responsible for him coming this far and doing so much as breaking into someone's house was lying on the ground face-first.

"Uhh... Urghh..." The poor girl couldn't even scream properly; the only thing she could do was let out whimpers. The first scream was probably caused by the bones in her legs breaking, as she was still standing when he had increased the gravitation pressure to 10X.

Alex could see blood pooling below her, flowing out of many places in her body, especially when the ground had already caved in where she was lying.

Her legs were turned into an impossible angle with bones protruding out of her skin, broken due to the pressure, and Alex was sure that her front side, which was taking full burn of the 10X gravity, wouldn't be much better.

'Uh...' With an awkward look on his face, Alex hurriedly waved his hand, lowering the gravitational pressure to 5X, enough to keep her down but nowhere near enough to kill her.

But as he looked at her almost dead state, he wasn't sure anymore.

'Wasn't heroines supposed to be strong...?' He couldn't help but wonder, doubting if he had really overestimated the heroines of the story.

The protagonist seemed to be strong enough, as he had already seen what Keryu and Ben were capable of, but this...

[You do know that 10X gravity is something even James can't withstand, right?]n/o/vel/b//in dot c//om

Sophie, looking at his expression, questioned with a sigh. She'd wanted to stop him when he was about to use 10X gravity, but she discovered something right at that moment, making her stop.

'Oh...' Hearing her words was an eye-opener for Alex, but then he sighed.

'This damn backlash, just how long is going to go on for...?' He growled, wanting to pull his hair out as he realized that he had been forgetting a lot of these minor details these days.

He knew that he had done something that went against the norms, and he wasn't complaining about the backlash, as the boon he had was far greater than anything, but for how long—just how long does it have to go on for?! There has to be a limit, right?

This was getting frustrating, after all.

Cough-Cough!

Two coughs made Alex snap back to reality as he stared at the girl in front of him, still lying on the ground but now turned around. Alex had seen her struggling when he was talking with Sophie, but feeling no threat, he let her be.

But now, when her battered body, her bloody face, half-crushed, her venta black hair, wet with blood, and her supposed-to-be ink-black eyes, which had now turned red with blood filling them, turned toward him, it was hard to not look at her.

She was supposed to be a beautiful girl, with a smile every present on her face—a smile so sweet that could make any man melt, only to fall under her blade.

Yet now she looked like the bloody ghosts one would see in their nightmares. The only thing visible on her bloodied body were some tattoos, which didn't even look anything special.

'Urgh...' Alex grimaced as if he could feel her pain as well. Alex was cold, no doubt about it, and he had already killed some people in this life, much less the last one, but he wasn't immune to pain. So, looking at her made him imagine how much pain she must be feeling, and to be honest, he didn't want to imagine it again.

"Look, I will get straight—" Alex, trying not to be merciless by directly killing her, tried to take it easy on her.

She was one of the heroines, and she was the key to getting something that Alex really wanted, so he wanted to settle all of this up peacefully. He wanted to torture her before and make her regret spying on him for so long, but... he didn't think he needed to do it anymore.

The girl had already suffered a bit too much—that too in a second. Alex wasn't even sure if she would survive if he didn't help her, so he just wanted to end it quickly, but his words were cut short by the girl as her lips moved.

"Alex... Drakathor..." Her voice, barely a whisper, broken into pieces, made its way to Alex's ears, making him frown.

The girl was clearly in pain. If he had to guess, he could tell that she already had her throat crushed, but even with blood pouring out of her mouth. Even with her voice getting muffled and gurgly, choking on her own blood, she still continued.

"I won't tell..." Her voice was barely coming out, and Alex wanted to just stop her, but the way her bloody eyes looked at him, for some reason, made him feel off.

Something was not right. But what was it? What was he missing??

"Anyone about... your secret... but," the girl, however, as if not even feeling the pain in her body, went on. If not for her throat damaged, then she would probably be speaking normally by now—or so was what it seemed.

"You will... have to... make a deal—" The girl was about to threaten Alex using the fact that she knew something he wanted to hide, but before she could continue with her words...

Slash—Squelch!

She saw a flash of black before her arm, which was already broken beyond repair, was cut off. The girl, however, didn't even flinch; her eyes remained fixed on Alex, staring at him without blinking.

"Why—" She questioned, not getting why Alex cut her arm off, but she was cut off by Alex.

"Do not threaten me. And do not think that you have an upper hand, Kaira Strakler." Alex growled, bending his body a bit with his sword's blade right next to her neck as he stared down at her.

He could see her eyes, which showed no emotions until now, widening a bit at the mention of her name, but Alex didn't stop. The thing he hated the most was being threatened, as his whole past life, from the moment he was born, he had always been threatened.

"I prefer not killing people who could be my potential ally, but do not think of my mercy as a weakness. I would hesitate not once if you were to do that once again."

His message was clear from those words. He didn't want to become her enemy, but if she wanted it, then he wouldn't back down. His not killing her was enough to show that he didn't want her dead, yet she was trying to threaten him—that too with something that he wasn't even scared of.

"If you have this delusion that I am scared of having news of what I have done released, then feel free to let everyone know about it." Alex raised his body, stepping away from her, pulling his sword out of the ground.

It was as if he was challenging her, giving her a chance to try it.

"I do not wish to—" The girl tried to speak, wanting to make amends as she didn't mean to anger Alex, but the next second...

Slash—Slice!

Alex's sword flashed again, and before the girl could even realize what happened, her world was plunged into darkness.

"If you get a chance to do it, that is." Alex, staring at the head of the girl, which was now separated from the body, finally finished his line, staring coldly at the girl's corpse.
