"Although the Devourer Eagles also meet the requirements for using the Rule Ascension Lotus, for now, I will let them fight."

Alder, the leader of the Devourer Eagle Emperors was one of the most powerful spirit beasts under Ajax and thanks to his 10 subordinates, he could even fight and win against Siora before her Divine Rule was upgraded.

Alder has multiple Divine Rules and his innate Divine Rule, the Divine Devour Rule was close to reaching 50 percent of awakening.

As for other Devourer Eagles, their Divine Devour Rule has crossed 20 percent of awakening.

Like Alder, these Devourer Eagles also have multiple Divine Rules like Divine Wind Rule, Divine Sky Rule and Divine Bestial Rule.
