Chapter 166: Chapter 166: Jujutsu Kaisen

With the thought in mind, Alex immediately channeled his vast energy into the strange block-based world.

The size of My World expanded rapidly. Compared to the Dimensional Universe, it clearly had superior growth potential and infinite properties. As a result, under the same energy input, its expansion far surpassed that of the Dimensional Universe.

A few days later, after pouring in energy with full force, the size of My World officially surpassed that of the Dimensional Universe. Alex then began transferring the Dimensional Universe, preparing to merge it into My World.

Because Alex had absolute control over both worlds, the transfer process was quick. In just a few hours, the Dimensional Universe fully merged with My World, creating a brand-new world.

Once the fusion was complete, Alex felt a surge of pure energy flowing from My World into his body. This energy was far stronger than what he had previously wielded. After another transformation, the energy provided by My World had finally reached a multiversal level!

This discovery thrilled Alex. Ever since unlocking the Steve template, he had noticed that the system's fusion progress had slowed to a crawl.

To completely merge with the Steve template using single-universe-level energy would have taken hundreds of years. But now, with the energy from My World, the fusion progress could reach 100% in just a few months or even weeks!

After completing the fusion of My World and the Dimensional Universe, Alex delved deeper into researching the Steve template.

He entered My World and discovered that this realm was indeed identical to the Minecraft game world. It was entirely composed of blocks. However, compared to the game, this world was far more detailed, resembling a fully realized, authentic universe.

Moreover, Alex noticed that this world operated under its own unique set of rules. For instance, when trees were cut down, their leaves would take some time to fall. Breaking wild grass could drop various seeds. Animals lacked genders; simply being near each other would instantly produce offspring.

These peculiarities fascinated Alex, and he had an instinctive feeling that as the system's fusion progress increased, the skills he would unlock might be closely tied to these unique rules.

It was possible that he could craft the magical items from Minecraft in the real world. Or perhaps, he might even extend My World's laws beyond its boundaries, allowing them to invade and reshape other worlds.

If that happened, his arsenal of abilities would expand even further.

For instance, he could use infinite water sources, fish in clear streams to catch anything imaginable, and so much more...

After obtaining the new template, Alex ended his training arc and returned to the Time Variance Authority.

Following a brief conversation with B-15, Alex learned about the current situation. Loki and Mobius were traveling to a specific timeline to handle certain issues. Alex surmised that they were likely searching for another Kang variant. This was part of He Who Remains' contingency plan: he intended for this Kang to replace him as the new He Who Remains.

Alex, however, was indifferent to Loki and Mobius' actions. Having already gained access to all of the TVA's advanced technology, he was ready to leave.

With He Who Remains now dead, the timelines that had been consolidated by the TVA had begun branching out on a massive scale, creating new timelines.

These timelines would have to be managed by Loki, the God of Stories. If left unchecked, the continuous branching would eventually reach a critical point and explode. When that happened, the parallel universes represented by these timelines would disintegrate under a catastrophic force.

This force was on a multiversal scale!

Although the timelines were not yet at their breaking point, Alex knew it was only a matter of time. Until then, he planned to collect as many fragments of the Phoenix Force as possible before leaving the Marvel multiverse for safety.

This kind of multiversal-scale disaster posed a significant threat even to someone as powerful as Alex, who was at a single-universe level. He had no intention of being caught in the crossfire.

Without hesitation, Alex opened a portal and stepped into another world.

For some reason, the night seemed darker than usual. It was as if an invisible fog had blanketed the sky, blocking out the stars and suffocating the world in an ominous silence.

Yuji Itadori stood at the school gates, repeatedly peering inside. The oppressive darkness swallowed everything, leaving him unable to see a single thing.

Yet he kept looking. Perhaps he wasn't truly searching for anything—perhaps he was merely trying to quell the fear in his heart through the act itself.

Just hours earlier, his grandfather had passed away.

Though he had calmly handled the hospital arrangements and appeared unfazed, the sorrow had already consumed him. It surrounded him, suffocating him, and he was close to feeling completely numb.

It was then that a strange peer appeared before him and unveiled the truth of the world:

This world was indeed filled with cursed monsters, and they had always been lurking nearby.

At this very moment, his upperclassmen were in danger because of a curse. Yuji was torn, unsure whether he should go and try to save them.

Standing at the gates, Yuji once again glanced at the school. His fear rooted him in place, preventing him from moving forward.

Just as he was about to give up, his grandfather's words echoed in his mind:

"Yuji, you're strong. You must save others."

Yuji Itadori's heart suddenly ignited, his blood coursing through his veins at an incredible speed. With his naturally superhuman physique, he leaped several meters into the air, clearing the school gate effortlessly.

He sprinted toward the school building.

"What am I afraid of? Yes, the stench of death is closing in, and I am afraid of dying... but if I don't go, there's no one else to save them!"

Megumi Fushiguro used cursed energy to enhance his body and raced toward the school building.

When he arrived, he found that the situation had already gone berserk. Two students were now bound by curses drawn to the finger, moments away from death.

He realized he didn't have enough time to save both students!

At that critical moment, a figure crashed through the wall, striking the curses away and rescuing the two students. It was Yuji Itadori, who had resolved to face his fears.

Seeing the students out of danger, Megumi immediately ordered his Divine Dogs to destroy the curses, eliminating the immediate threat!

However, the curses drawn by Sukuna's finger were far from over.

Suddenly, a massive figure charged forward, sending both Yuji and Megumi flying. Megumi suffered severe injuries and could no longer fight back.

Yuji engaged the new, powerful curse, but without cursed energy, he was no match for it.

As he was about to be devoured, Yuji made a desperate choice—he swallowed Sukuna's finger.

Yuji's eyes changed instantly as a new pair appeared beneath his own. Strange, ominous markings spread across his body. With just one casual strike, he obliterated the curse that had nearly killed him.

A brief silence followed before Yuji—now Sukuna—burst into loud, unrestrained laughter.

"Hahaha... HAHAHAHA!

Moonlight truly feels best when experienced firsthand!"

He suddenly tore off his shirt, revealing his upper body covered in eerie, cursed patterns.

Before he could finish speaking, a strange portal crackling with otherworldly sparks appeared in the sky. A silver-haired figure leaped out of the portal, landing squarely on Sukuna's head and pinning him to the ground.

Blood dripped from Megumi's forehead as he lay gravely injured, yet the sight of the silver-haired figure filled him with relief.

After all, this was the strongest sorcerer, Satoru Gojo.

But as he looked closer, Megumi's faint smile froze, disbelief washing over his face.

Though this figure resembled Gojo, Megumi knew him too well. The details of his hair, his clothing—everything was slightly off.

This wasn't Satoru Gojo.

"Who... is he?"

As Alex stepped out of the portal, he descended freely, only to feel as if he had stepped on something. Looking down, he saw a pink-haired boy struggling beneath his feet. This made Alex a bit embarrassed:

"Ah, sorry about that! I swear I didn't step on you on purpose."

Realizing he was standing on someone, Alex stepped off Yuji Itadori's head and moved aside.

The moment Alex arrived in this world, he immediately recognized where he was—this was the world of Jujutsu Kaisen.

What surprised him was that this world was tied to his past. His first template, Satoru Gojo, had come from here. Additionally, the foundational design of the energy-producing rune matrix in My World also originated from this world's barrier techniques.

The powers of Jujutsu Kaisen were the first abilities Alex acquired, helping him through his weakest times. As a result, he felt a certain obligation to this world.

Alex gradually revealed a mischievous grin, the kind unique to someone who enjoyed a good laugh.

Seeing this smile, Megumi Fushiguro couldn't help but think of his teacher, Gojo. However, this person seemed even less reliable than Gojo.

Once Alex moved off Yuji's body, Yuji immediately leapt to a safer distance, his face full of wariness as he stared at Alex.

At that moment, Sukuna was still controlling Yuji's body. Sukuna looked at Alex with both anger and caution.

What shocked him was that Alex's arrival hadn't caused any noticeable cursed energy fluctuations. This meant Alex's power far surpassed his current state.

Furthermore, when Alex stepped on him, Sukuna felt a weight as heavy as a mountain.

Even though he could easily destroy a school building, he was utterly helpless under that crushing pressure.

This enraged Sukuna to the core. As the King of Curses, when had he ever been humiliated? Let alone being stepped on!

What infuriated him even more was Alex's casual words about the incident being accidental—only to deliberately step on his head again. This blatant insult nearly drove Sukuna into a frenzy.

Fueled by rage, Sukuna managed to suppress Yuji's consciousness entirely and temporarily seized full control of the body.

"You damn brat! How dare you humiliate me? I'll tear you apart!"

Sukuna vanished in an instant, reappearing before Alex, clawing at his waist with his sharp nails.

As he'd declared, Sukuna wanted to rip Alex apart, and for some reason, he decided to start by cutting him in half.

But the moment he reached Alex, Sukuna found that Alex had disappeared, reappearing several meters away, easily evading his attack.

Sukuna launched another series of attacks, yet Alex dodged every single one effortlessly. It gradually became apparent that Alex wasn't taking the fight seriously at all.

Although Alex could have teleported out of Sukuna's range entirely or struck him from behind, he chose not to.

It felt as if Alex was playing a game, toying with Sukuna like a child with a new toy. Each dodge was narrowly executed, almost as if he was about to get hit.

"Whoa, that was close! So scary! If you try just a bit harder, you might actually land a hit!" Alex exclaimed in an exaggerated tone, further provoking Sukuna.

While Alex and Sukuna fought, a man dressed in black, sporting a blindfold, appeared next to Megumi Fushiguro, holding a shopping bag in one hand and fiddling with his phone in the other.

Upon seeing the man, Megumi didn't immediately relax. He carefully confirmed that this was indeed Satoru Gojo before finally letting his guard down completely.

With Gojo here, no situation could spiral out of control.

Meanwhile, Gojo himself was frozen in shock, staring at Alex. His mouth hung open, his expression contorted as he observed the battle.

With his Six Eyes, Gojo instantly recognized Alex's own eyes—they were Six Eyes as well!

When did another person with Six Eyes appear in this world?

No...

Upon closer inspection, Gojo noticed something peculiar. Alex's bright blue eyes occasionally flickered with a crimson hue—something Six Eyes users didn't have.

Even for someone like Gojo, a master of the Six Eyes, it was difficult to confirm what kind of power Alex wielded.

What he was sure of, however, was that this man with Six Eyes was undeniably powerful!

Shifting his gaze to Sukuna, Gojo observed how, despite being toyed with by Alex, Sukuna was still a special-grade curse—even with just one finger's worth of power.

Gojo considered intervening to end the fight, but just then, Sukuna suddenly stopped.

The black markings on Yuji's body began to fade, and the narrow second set of eyes under his normal ones slowly closed. Sukuna retreated, and Yuji regained control of his body.

When Yuji woke up, he found himself being stared at by three imposing men. This naturally made him uneasy.

Gojo used his Six Eyes to confirm the situation before crouching next to Yuji to observe him closely.

"Interesting... He's really in there. That's hilarious... Are you feeling any different physically?"

Yuji stretched his arms, replying, "Not at all."

"Can you switch places with Sukuna?"

"Sukuna?"

"The curse you swallowed."

"Oh, uh... I think so..."

For the moment, Gojo ignored Alex, confident that Alex wouldn't suddenly attack him. After all, Gojo was the strongest sorcerer.

It was common knowledge that even among Six Eyes users, there were vast differences in power.

Gojo stretched, brimming with confidence. "Alright then, let's try ten seconds. Switch with him and come back in ten seconds!"

He handed his shopping bag to Megumi and dodged Sukuna's attack after Yuji switched again.

However, just as he was about to continue, Sukuna abandoned him, charging directly at Alex instead.

"You damned brat, I'm going to kill you!" Sukuna roared, his rage boiling over.

The once-mighty King of Curses had finally been pushed to his limit.
