The macaques were too boisterous; it was impossible to let the little kids go in and feed them. Some of the fruit mooncakes were taken by Lü Jiamu to feed the macaques, and the rest were taken by Ming to give the ring-tailed lemurs a taste of something new.

Speaking of macaques, White Brow had somewhat recovered physically, but it still wasn't possible to reintegrate him into the troop. They had tried to let him meet his old monkey companions through the cage, and while the other monkeys were fine, Black Claws really saw red, and they bared their teeth at each other fiercely.

So, once the animal hospital was complete, they planned to let White Brow stay there for a while, enjoying a patch of forest all to himself. When a new group of macaques becomes accustomed, they would then let him join them to see if there was a chance he could blend into the group.

They would also take a couple of mooncakes for White Brow, so even if he couldn't see his monkey friends, he could eat mooncakes to get a feel of the Mid-Autumn Festival's spirit of reunion.

After finishing the mooncake-making with the kids, Fang Ye went to the tiger exhibit!
