This was supposed to be my reward ceremony, hell, I had just seconds ago finally received the title they decided to push on me. "Bring me the ring."Alice De Vritara, crimson eyes that burned like fire as she looked down at him. He was so dumbfounded that he didn't even try to stop her as she forced his arm up and placed a ring in his hand. A silver band that twined around a large amethyst that held a deeply crimson core, the Eye of Rostam, expensive enough to buy half a city."Oh? Is this a proposal? I didn't know you wanted to marry me that much."Wait, what? You're the one who forced me to hold the ring, hell, you're even the one who forced me to my knees like this. In this situation, shouldn't I be the one saying thigns like that?"Don't look at me like that, I'm just following your third tenet."Again, what? You're blaming this on me? What the hell, all I wanted to do was change your pre-determined fate and raise the supposed monster of the story into a good (Villainess) person. Collapse Calm Protagonist, Caring Protagonist, Character Growth, Elemental Magic, Nobles, Romantic Subplot, Male Protagonist, Beautiful Female Lead, Beastkin, Isekai, Weak to Strong I read all chapters that are currently available on this site and I don't really understand what's happening. 10 chapters = 1 proper chapter. This novel starts off with the attitude of going to milk chapters and words kn your face. [Chapter 68] I have mixed feeling for this novel. Truthfully it is a great story, good plot, character etc.. But sometimes I feel that there're some part where I'm a bit bothered.Tbh the synopsis is a bit shitty so here my synopsis. It's the story of a broken/tool man who fell into a drama/fantasy K series where he heard most plot from his sister. He'll transmigrate as a 5y old orphan in a suspicious orphanage, and one day De Viatra family with its third child Alice came to pick up a servant for her. Knowing her story, MC will try to make her happy and not fall as villainess. From that you could say that it's just a generic trope of a male lead saving a poor villainesses. Yes it is, AT FIRST, but later you'll find out that there're many mystery surrounding MC, FML and many other side character and that's worth reading. The pace of the story might have been a bit too fast for MC & Villainesses childhood part , I hoped we could slowly see how she and Gabriel (MC) develop their relationship + Alice being more and more her "old self" from the series but changed.Still overall the story is great, we're uncovering the mystery at the same time as Gabriel and also while switching the POV with other people. It seems strange to me that by chapter 23, all she did for him was give him some food. And now he's already her knight and all so devoted to her, I understand that he feels sorry for her as a future villain, but it's too far-fetched to serve someone To be fair, what else can he do? He has nowhere else to go beside her considering he comes from an abusive orphenage and he doesn't want to betray her. He is a tool. Has no will or meaning to life. He has only missions. He knows what it is to be broken. So, he made it his mission to make her happy and be useful again. He was a mercenary or something similar in past, he only had missions and that gave him meaning or purpose after the mission the world becomes dull so after retirement his world became very dull and he decided to die. So now in his second life he found a new purpose and his world is no longer dull [passerbys understanding]so hes a happy tool? happy tool = he gets used a lot? getting used a lot = happy villainess? happy villainess = no longer a villainess. tldr, [synopsis]mcs a dildo and villainesses are just lonely women.... so what are you all reading about? Tbh i just came for the badass catgirl on the cover This is f#cking beautiful. I wouldn't say it's a 5/5 but it's definitely not a 3.5/5 it's more of an solid 4/5 if anything. Now the Characters are pretty goodThe Story Development is......eh? I don't really have an opinion on itThe World is pretty eh but a good eh. Like a child getting ice cream eh.The Quality is pretty good as well. The only problem is that you'll might have to memorize some of the made up words though it's not necessary as there's a translation Overall a solid 4/5 I don't know why, but it seems to me that this story will have a tragic ending. Because it's a drama, the tragic ending is to mess with your emotions Almost everywhere I saw the tag "dramm" there was a happy ending.... I don't think so, since the future is presented in the synopsis itself. Very nice novel. I would say it focuses very much on character development with a great story. Both mc and FL are great. I have read a lot of novels that try to do character development, but ultimately they fail due to viewer's comments and requests to author(which leads to a mess). The progress between them is slow, but it is one of those, you wait a lot but the more satisfied you are when they get together. Review is only till current latest chapter 62. Obra maestra Not bad as of 61
