Greatest Streamer System

Chapter 408 – Crazier Man

'Did I make a mistake in the proposal? Or is it indeed not realistic enough to create something like Breeze's Castle in real life?'

Maybe his budget planning was wrong. He was a novice at such a thing.

"Mr. Taka, I–"

"You're crazy, but this is a good idea." Mr. Taka interrupted him with an excited voice. "Not many streamers care about IRL events now because the VR world is advanced. However, we Biozone Entertainment believe an IRL event will give much more impact. Why? Do you know about it?"

Max was put in a bind when Mr. Taka suddenly asked him. Why? There was only one reason that flashed in his mind. The reason why he wanted to make it an IRL event instead of a VR one.

"Because it's exciting? We can feel an adrenaline rush with our real body and that's fun."

"That's it, but there is more." Mr. Taka smiled, "Meeting your idol in the real world and the VR world feels different. There is this feeling of closeness if you meet them directly. That's why some people still prefer IRL to VR where everything can be realized cheaply."

Max nodded. He understood what Mr. Taka talked about.

It was just like him.

Doing parkour in the VR world was fun. He could also feel the wind, the pain searing his muscle, and even the impact when he landed. However, the feelings still couldn't beat doing it in real life.

There was something special about it.

Mr. Taka glanced at the hologram screen and hummed, stroking his chin. "The problem here is the budget. I don't think what you've written here will be enough."

"So the money I prepared isn't enough."

"Yes."

The marketing manager nodded solemnly.

"In my opinion, you will need 2… No, around 3 million Dollars to create this kind of event. Even so, it will need some adjustment. Unless you have a good contractor, this will be hard to construct. In the VR world, you will only need 300 to 400K to construct this."

Well, that was it. Max shrugged his shoulders, heaving a tired sigh. At least he tried to propose it.

'It's too hard to realize it in the real world.'

He thought it would be possible, but he had underestimated the material's value in this world. The worker, the land, and the materials needed to construct the stage alone would cost him fortune.

"I guess I need to construct this in the VR world and use the remaining fund to either make it bigger in scale or use it as an advertisement fund, right?"

"In my opinion, that's the best option." Mr. Taka nodded, "What do you think, Michael?"

Raising his head, Michael looked at Mr. Taka.

"I have the same opinion as you, sir. I think it will be too hard to hold an IRL event, especially at times like this. We do not have enough budget. Unless there is something–"Nôv(el)B\\jnn

Tiriring–!

Suddenly, Max received a call. He wanted to turn them off, but the caller was someone he knew very well and it was hard to refuse him without giving a reason. But if he accepted the call, it would be rude for Mr. Taka too.

He looked up and saw Mr. Taka gesturing something.

"Feel free to accept the call. I want to read your proposal once again to see whether it's possible to hold it IRL."

"Much appreciated." Max nodded at him for a second before rising from his seat.

He walked out of the office and took the call. The caller's face popped up in an hologram in front of him, looking as troubled as he last saw him.

"Hello. Do you need something from me, brother?"

"I told you not to call me brother so casually." Peter Spencer could be seen sighing on the screen. "And yes, I do need you for something. But first, are you in Biozone Entertainment right now? And is Lily with you?"

"Yes, I am. Lily is in Zaza-P's place to record her songs. Should I call her?"

"No, there is no need to." Peter shook his head, "I only have a business with you. I need your help."

"How rare."

Indeed. Normally, Max was the one who reached out to him to ask for advice or help. But this time, Peter was the one who did so.

In a case like this, there was only one possibility.

'This help is related to Lily.'

Max didn't know what it was. Based on Peter's expression last night and now, it was something that the guy couldn't solve himself.

"I can't help it. But first, are you busy? If you're in Biozone Entertainment's HQ, surely something big will happen. Planning for an event with you as the star, most probably."

'How sharp.' Max commented in his mind.

It just showed how Peter could climb to be recognized by many people, as both businessman and a streamer.

"It is, indeed. I sent a proposal to create a streamer event, but unfortunately it won't see light anytime soon unless I make some compromise."

"Money, huh?" Peter commented, holding his chin. "Well, that means you won't be able to create that event soon. Help me with this matter first, then I might be able to help you a little."

"That's a sweet proposal." His eyes widened in surprise, "Is this matter really that important and urgent? To think you, out of all people, become like this–"

"It is important. Lily wants to hold a solo concert." Peter interrupted before Max could say anything more.

And with that simple explanation, Max immediately understood how important it was. The first solo concert. This would be something that could determine Lily's popularity and career.

"I see. I will postpone my plan for now and focus on helping with that then. When will the concert be held?"

"I want it to be held on 9th July."

"Are you crazy?" Max raised his voice. "That's less than 3 weeks! That means our preparation needs to finish in two weeks… No, in 10 days! There is no way we can prepare it–"

"I will not make a compromise with this." Peter said with a serious expression. "No matter how much I need to spend, we will hold the concert on 9th July. Lily is ready with her songs too at that time."

Scratching his head, Max now wanted to punch this unreasonable man. The urge was hard to hold on, but he kept a calm head. There must be a reason why Peter wanted to hold it on 9th July.

"May I ask why you want to hold the concert at that day?"

"It's my birthday." The Spencer Family's heir answered instantly and unhesitantly.

"Ah, yeah."

'Of course, there is no other reason than that.' Max was convinced. This man was crazier than him.

"Fine, I will help. But I need to involve someone… Can you pay her?"

"If it is for the concert, yes. Do bring a lot of people you know who can help prepare it. Don't bring Flexy, though. He will make it all orange."

"I know, I won't contact him."

"Good." Peter nodded and smiled, "I will count on you, Breeze. I will also prepare stuff on my end. See you soon."

"Haa… This is one massive headache."
