Floating Island - Triple S Talent

Chapter 345 One Month

After finishing the enhancement of all the trunks of the Tree of Life Source, Lein stepped out from the heart of the tree. A gentle breeze brushed his face as he hovered in the air, his eyes fixed on the five massive trunks standing majestically.

These trunks, the fruits of his hard work, now symbolized the new features that would bring significant changes to the Divine Sky realm. Lein couldn't suppress a small smile as he imagined the potential hidden within them.

The tree itself now appeared larger, having grown about 20% bigger than before. On its massive trunks and lush leaves, new activities began to emerge. Like on the mainland, traffic of people could be seen along the tree's surface.

Some small buildings were even being constructed by the fortunate inhabitants. Lein observed this intently. He knew that gaining the privilege to build on this tree was an exceedingly expensive right.

Lein's gaze then shifted to the large bridge that had been planned for construction earlier. That structure now seemed useless because of the newly emerged main landmass. The bridge, once intended to be a vital connector, was now only linked to Lein's island. Other islands were not allowed to hover above the sky of the main landmass.

"Can I move this tree?" Lein thought, his brows furrowing slightly as he weighed the possibility.

[Yes, the host can move it], the system replied in a cold, monotonous voice.

Lein was slightly surprised. It had been a long time since he last heard the system's voice. However, he quickly regained his composure. "I'll move it later," he murmured lightly, as if speaking to himself.

After that, his gaze shifted downward, toward the vast mainland below, a gift from Hanes. That expanse of land was immense, as large as 100 Realms, and full of potential. Yet, precisely because of its vastness, Lein let out a long sigh.

"Hmmm… there's so much to do," he muttered softly, his hand reflexively rubbing his forehead.

Considering all the tasks piling up, Lein felt slightly overwhelmed. In the past, he could manage everything on his island by himself. But now, with such a vast mainland, he knew it was impossible to work alone.

"I'll need to hold another meeting," Lein thought, his eyes gazing far into the horizon. This time, he needed more than just dedication. He required trusted subordinates, individuals he could rely on to manage this land.

"Alright, I should start by moving this tree," Lein finally declared, his tone full of determination. He slowly raised both hands, and instantly, dream energy began to flow out of his body.

The flow of energy wasn't just a stream; it was like a powerful waterfall cascading with great force. The light from the energy illuminated the entire area, casting shadows on the tree's leaves. Lein stood firm, despite the immense burden of energy he was releasing.

The trunk of the Tree of Life Source began to tremble slightly. Its deeply rooted roots gradually lifted, detaching from the ground with a motion that was gentle yet powerful. Its leaves rustled, as if bidding a final farewell to the place they had called home.

With a deliberate motion, Lein moved the tree to the mainland. When the massive tree finally planted its roots into the new soil, the land seemed to come alive again. Energy from the tree spread immediately, filling the air with warmth and strength. Lein observed it all, his breath slightly labored, but his face bore a profound satisfaction.

Life in the Divine Sky Realm continued peacefully. Everyone carried on with their activities as usual. Human life was centered on the floating islands owned by major alliances and on the Main Landmass, which were interconnected through teleportation portals.

Hunters were actively hunting monsters on floating islands designated as monster habitats, in the forests of the Main Landmass, or in the Sky Towers scattered across various regions. With his immense wealth, Lein had built thousands of 100-floor Sky Towers, distributed across the islands of fortunate alliances and certain areas of the Main Landmass.

The process of relocating the floating islands owned by the Lords to the outskirts of the Main Landmass was still ongoing. Due to the vast distance, with an average speed of 1,000 km/second, it would take at least two months to reach the edge of the Main Landmass.

The Main Landmass was becoming increasingly vibrant. A modern environment similar to Earth had taken shape, with advanced architecture such as skyscrapers, aerial roads for flying vehicles, defense towers, military weapons, and various entertainment, educational, and recreational facilities.

An education system was also being established, covering levels from elementary school, middle school, to high school. Universities were beginning to emerge and were being built more frequently. Additionally, the Divine Sky Realm had introduced a currency system using paper bills and coins called "Earth Dollars," which made transactions easier for the general public.

Major alliances had set up their bases on their respective floating islands, while their headquarters were located on the Main Landmass. However, the Main Landmass remained 100% under Lein's ownership. No building could be owned by any other party without his permission. Lein allowed certain parties to lease land for a specific fee and duration.

One significant change was the use of the term "Hunter" for those who chose to increase their power through the system. This term was adopted because dependence on the floating islands was decreasing. However, the status of Lords still existed. Lords were Hunters who owned their own floating islands. Even so, Hunters who only owned small islands without significant power were not entitled to the title of Lord.

Main Landmass - Lein's Residence

Over the past month, Lein and Nita had decided to build their main home on the Main Landmass. The house was located right at the center of the landmass, surrounded by various central buildings that formed the core of the area. This strategic location allowed Lein to easily oversee the entire landmass.

The main house they built was moderately sized—not too large, but spacious enough for the two of them. In addition to two master bedrooms, the area around the house included various facilities such as a teleportation pad, a garden, a kitchen, and a soaking pool. Every element was designed with attention to detail, creating a comfortable and functional atmosphere.

Lein chose a building style reminiscent of Earth's architecture, evoking a sense of nostalgia amidst the advanced technology of the Divine Sky Realm. However, the materials used were vastly different, derived from divine nature that exuded elegance and strength. Despite its simple design, the house retained an undeniable aura of grandeur.

In the front yard of the house, Lein and Nita were relaxing, enjoying a bright morning. On a small table in front of them, some fresh bread and a glass of milk were served. Nita, with a gentle smile, offered a piece of bread to Lein.

"Brother, would you like some more?" she asked, looking at Lein, who was focused on his gadget screen.

Lein shifted his gaze from the tablet to Nita. With a slight nod, he replied, "Sure, just a little jam." Then he returned to his activity.
