Chaos Evolution: Only I Was Granted 3 Wishes

Chapter 264 Palkus' Journey! 38

What would happen after someone kills your subordinate, then when another one of you subordinates goes on to take revenge, they die alongside their armies?

Would you, as a king who had lived for countless generations after your ancestors left their burden to you, accept such humiliation?

No! Alucard also wouldn't. He couldn't just sit on his throne and watch as one after another of his subjects died to some unknown duo.

And no matter how dangerous this was, he had to stand to the challenge and either deal with it or die trying.

It was time to end this, and this would happen as fast as possible.

"Sebas, call the sovereigns; we're taking down the troublemakers even if we have to flatten the town to the ground." Alucard, a young-looking vampire with shiny black hair and red eyes, stood up from his throne and talked to the air.

"Ha!" His reliable butler, who had been serving him since childhood, shouted in affirmation.

He would do as his lord told him and as fast as possible.

Alucard was wearing blood armor with dark engravings. He was sitting on his throne like a boss as far as he could remember, and now that he stood up, he didn't know if he would come back to sit here once again or if it would be someone else.

"Let it be an honorable ending." He thought to himself.

As much as he liked to think that he would come back, something told him that this would be the last time, and he, even as an immortal, knew that he could end up dying.

This has happened to many of them before; though they couldn't die of old age and their regeneration was beyond supreme, they could still die.

This was a fact known to all.

Alucard waited for his armies to get ready and all of this wouldn't take much but a few days.

On the other hand, Palkus finally had enough sleep, but he woke up worse than he ever did; he had felt through his affinity with Chaos the coming of a great battle, and so he was ready to end this once and for all. Explore more at empire

Azeroth, however, was still worried, from Palkus' mood, it seemed like this wouldn't end in this continent, and he could only hope that Emily would come faster so she could calm him down.

'I can pray for you.' Azeroth thought to himself.

He was still in his room but he could very well sense the oppression emitted by Palkus' aura from his place.

There was but one plan now: bring down the vampire primogenitor and move on to the Phoenix continent.

This was all and Palkus would make sure this all happened as soon as possible.

Azeroth thought back to the army he had killed 2 months and a half ago and shook his head.

It seems like he will have to take care of another one while making sure Palkus doesn't go overboard.

Days passed and soon Palkus and Azeroth were floating in the sky, ready to intercept the uncountable number of vampires led by Sovereigns while their own primogenitor watched everything from the side.

As sure as he was of his own death, he had to first test his enemies before he went to fight.

Thus, the ridiculous amount of vampires stronger than S-rank that were thrown at Palkus.

This scene was similar to the one Draco faced while fighting for the heart, but the difference was, Palkus had to actually fight them.

"Tsk." Palkus clicked his tongue.

The joyful and energetic glint on his eyes was nowhere to be seen; his hair was darker than usual and his figure seemed absent.

It was weird for a young man such as him to experience such a change when he only encountered such a small inconvenience, but the little problem that was resolved in minutes had turned into something so big in so few time that it was like a couple hours for someone who had spent the whole duration sleeping like Palkus.Nôv(el)B\\jnn

Palkus wasn't enjoying his trip over here at all since the beginning; he was only taking it as a little rest and now that little rest turned into such a big battle. This made him angry, and when he remembered the way that countess spoke about his loved ones...

*Crack*

Space cracked around Palkus as the sovereign vampires who were the closest to him couldn't believe their eyes.

"T- this… What is this being."

"No, what is this monster…"

They had lived countless years; many of their subordinates had fallen to powerful enemies and even to existences who had taken the world by storm like Draco, but this young man was even weirder than the first case.

While the first one was able to take care of them in an unknown way, this one was doing something he should in no way be able to.

Not to mention… he was doing it unconsciously.

"MOVE OUT OF THE WAY!" The primogenitor was the first to react a second after the reaction of the sovereigns.

He saw the anger of Palkus that was directed to his surroundings, and through little strings of laws which were flowing out of his body, he stretched his hand, held one, and in one fell swoop.

*FWSHHH* *BBBOOOOOOOOOOM*

Forget flattening the land, forget clearing this duo, forget any plans they had. The vampire continent today…

Has messed with someone they never should have.

Out of the countless strong men who were no weaker than S-rank, only 3 Sovereigns remained.

The vampire continent was officially the weakest after the demon continent that had been cleared up by the gomen many years ago.

The primogenitor looked at this and his previous resolve was nowhere to be seen.

His dignity, his pride, his majesty—he was thinking of throwing all of this away to run, but the second he saw the eyes of the young man who had caused all of this.

He changed his mind.

"It's time to do justice to all my ancestors and die an honorable death."
